Non-acceptance of these provisions mandates the immediate cessation of all use and interaction with the Services, without exception.

The Company has developed and operates a rewards management services Platform and provides Services to merchants, issuers and partners, designed to help them optimize their end-user experience by tailoring engagement strategies that maximize business goals with minimal effort. Through our services, businesses can execute at scale, offer efficient and tailored rewards, measure live performance, and manage real-time controls, all within a seamless and efficient framework.
For end-users. If you are an end-user, the Company is a dedicated loyalty and rewards manager that connects you directly with the best offers from merchants and partners. We use your mobile number and/or email id as your unique ID to make sure you never miss out on personalized deals or tracking your points. By accessing our Services, you agree to receive promotional and rewards-related messages and emails directly to the phone number and email id provided by you. The Platform functions as a sophisticated, technology-driven platform engineered to furnish issuers, merchants, and commercial enterprises with advanced capabilities to customize, refine, and augment their customer engagement methodologies. The Platform empowers authorized business entities with an array of specialized tools designed to facilitate the development, execution, and automation of dynamic reward structures, predictive consumer interaction models, and data-driven engagement mechanisms. By leveraging these functionalities, businesses are enabled to conduct granular behavioural analytics, implement algorithmically optimized incentive programs, and exercise real-time operational oversight, thereby fostering maximized commercial efficiency and strategic growth.
Access to, and utilization of, the Platform’s proprietary suite of services is expressly limited to legally recognized corporate entities, duly registered business organizations, and individuals possessing the requisite legal capacity and vested authority to act on behalf of such entities. In accordance with the provisions set forth herein, Users, by initiating registration and availing themselves of the Platform, unequivocally affirm, warrant, and represent that all credentials, identifications, business details, and disclosures provided during the enrolment process are factually accurate, exhaustive in scope, and consistently maintained in an updated state. The Company reserves the unilateral and absolute right to impose temporary suspension, permanent termination, or restrictive measures upon any account found to be associated with, or engaged in, the submission of falsified, misleading, or incomplete information, the commission of fraudulent or illicit conduct, or any manner of exploitation, misuse, or abuse of the Platform that contravenes the express provisions of these Terms. All Users bear the continuous obligation to ensure that their operational activities, strategic implementations, and customer engagement initiatives conducted through the Platform remain in full compliance with all pertinent statutory laws, industry-specific regulations. Moreover, any unauthorized, unethical, deceptive, or legally impermissible usage of the Platform—including but not limited to the propagation of misleading reward systems, consumer exploitation, or engagement in activities contravening regulatory compliance standards—shall constitute a material breach of these Terms, triggering the immediate enforcement of corrective action, up to and including account termination and potential legal recourse as deemed necessary by the Company and applicable governing authorities. We are not obligated to maintain or support the Platform, or to provide Users with updates, upgrades or services related thereto.

If you are an end-user, these Terms govern your access to and use of our rewards management Services, which includes the collection of your phone number and/or email id to facilitate the delivery of offers and promotional messages. End-users must be at least 18 years old to register for and use our Services. To use our Services, you must provide accurate, correct and complete information as requested for during offer collection and/or redemption, including a valid phone number.
Please note that your phone number/email is mandatory for accessing rewards and promotional offers. In accessing our Services, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder for the phone number you provide, and that the offers and promotions are unique to you, and are therefore non-transferable.
By providing your phone number and/or email id, you expressly consent to receiving communications related to our Services vide text messages (SMS/RCS), messages over WhatsApp and/or emails from us at the details you have provided.

Message and communication frequency will vary. You understand that your mobile carrier’s standard data and message rates may apply to any messages you send or receive in connection with the Services. The Company is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or communications.
Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use our contact form (linked on our website) for support information. Please note that opting out of marketing messages will not stop operational messages (like account verification codes) necessary for the proper functioning of the Services.
Rewards are earned, accrued, and redeemed solely in accordance with the specific rules and requirements published when you access the rewards (“Program Rules”). The Program Rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, or any specific reward, benefit, or feature of the program, at any time, with or without notice. Rewards have no cash value outside of the services specifically mentioned at the time of collection and redemption of the offer.

Our collection and use of your personal information, including your phone number, is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is also incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree that your phone number and email id may be used to deliver the Services and send marketing communications as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including your ability to earn or redeem rewards, immediately and without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is harmful to the Services or other users.
Users of the Services are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically. Issuers and merchants must ensure that their engagement strategies, rewards programs, and customer interactions comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or deceive end-users through misleading promotions or unfair practices will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal consequences.
Users shall not take any action or upload, download, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content on or through the services provided by the Company, that: (i) infringes the intellectual property rights of any person, or violates any law or contractual obligation, (ii) the User knows is false, misleading, untrue or inaccurate, (iii) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, offensive, profane, or is otherwise inappropriate as determined by us in our sole discretion, (iv) constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail or spam, (v) contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or other information of ours or of any third party, (vi) impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives, or (vii) includes any person’s identification documents or sensitive financial information.
Additionally, Users must safeguard their account credentials and take necessary security precautions to prevent unauthorized access. The Company will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from compromised accounts due to negligence. Users must also respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and other parties by refraining from copying, modifying, or distributing any proprietary elements of our platform without authorization.
Other than the content owned by the User which you may have opted to include on the Platform, under these Terms, the Company and/or its licensor own(s) all rights to the intellectual property and material contained on this website and the Services, and all such rights are reserved. Any license granted to the User shall be limited to the extent provided in these Terms as well as the terms of use / sign up / onboarding on the Platform/Services.
Users shall not: (i) copy or modify the Services, including but not limited to adding new features or otherwise making adaptations that alter the functioning of the Services, (ii) transfer, sell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense or otherwise assign any rights to, or any portion of, the Platform to any third party; or (iii) make the functionality of the Services available to multiple users through any means, including, but not limited to distribution of the Services or by uploading the Platform to a network or file-sharing service or through any hosting, application services provider or any other type of service. Users shall comply with all technical restrictions in the Services and Platform.
Interactions and disputes between merchants/partners and end-users/customers, including relating to the payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between such organizations and/or individuals; and the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages incurred in relation to or resulting from such dealings.
We uphold an unwavering commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory adherence, ensuring that user information remains safeguarded under the highest industry standards. Entities leveraging our platform are mandated to exercise due diligence in processing, storing, and transmitting customer data in strict compliance with applicable data protection statutes, regulatory frameworks, and sectoral guidelines. To mitigate the risk of unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or cyber intrusions, the Company employs cryptographic encryption mechanisms, multi-tiered access control protocols, and advanced intrusion detection systems. Notwithstanding our robust security architecture, end-users bear an independent obligation to implement commercially reasonable safeguards within their operational infrastructure to prevent vulnerabilities arising from mismanagement, negligence, or third-party breaches. While the Company endeavours to maintain an uninterrupted, resilient, and fortified platform, we disclaim absolute liability for service disruptions, unforeseen system anomalies, or external threat vectors beyond our reasonable control. In the event of downtime, cybersecurity incidents, or material breaches, we shall deploy remedial measures commensurate with the nature of the exigency and, where required by law, duly notify affected parties in a commercially reasonable timeframe. This provision shall not be construed as an absolute warranty of service continuity but as a declaration of our proactive diligence in mitigating foreseeable risks within the ambit of prevailing technological and legal standards.
The Company also takes the privacy of the End-Users very seriously, and does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. To the extent we learn we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information as soon as possible. The Services continually evolve to meet the needs of businesses and enhance platform capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at our discretion. While we strive to provide consistent access to our platform, there may be instances of temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

The User hereby agrees to indemnify the Company to the fullest extent, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to the breach by the User or its representatives of any of these Terms or misuse of the Services in any manner.
While the Platform is designed to provide businesses with powerful tools for engagement and optimization, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. The success of any engagement strategy depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, user behaviour, and external influences beyond our control.
The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of our Services, including but not limited to lost revenue, operational disruptions, or data breaches. Users assume full responsibility for the decisions they make using our Services, and we recommend implementing additional safeguards as needed to protect their interests.
In no event shall the Company, nor our directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers or content providers, be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the services: (i) for any lost profits, data loss, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or special, indirect, incidental, punitive, compensatory or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, (ii) for any bugs, viruses, or trojan horses, or (iii) with respect to merchants and partners, any direct damages in excess of (in the aggregate): (a) the amount of fees paid for the applicable purchase giving rise to the liability, or (b) INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is lesser, or (d) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services, or (e) with respect to end-users, any failure or negligence or act or omission on the part of the issuer, partner or merchant.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services if there is evidence of policy violations, illegal activity, or misuse of our Platform. In cases of account termination, we may provide notice and an opportunity to rectify the issue where appropriate. However, for severe violations, immediate termination may be enforced without prior warning.
Users who wish to discontinue their use of the Platform or the services of the Company may do so by contacting our support team. Termination of services does not absolve users from any outstanding obligations, such as unpaid fees or compliance with legal requirements related to their use of our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of disputes arising from the use of the Platform, we encourage users to first reach out to our support team for resolution. If further action is required, disputes will be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the governing laws of the applicable jurisdiction, with the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all matters arising herewith or pertaining hereto.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms, and by using the Platform, you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of the Platform.
